Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the CarBot application or website (carbot.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use CarBot.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CarBot. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Platform Use

CarBot is a marketplace platform. We connect buyers, sellers, dealers and service providers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in listings and profiles
• Not post fraudulent, misleading or duplicate listings
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not scrape, copy or redistribute content from CarBot without permission
• Not harass, spam or abuse other users

4. Listings & Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of content you post. CarBot reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms without notice. We do not verify the condition, title or ownership of any vehicle listed.

5. Payments

CarBot may facilitate payments for dealer subscriptions or premium features via Razorpay. All payment disputes are governed by Razorpay's terms. CarBot does not process car purchase transactions — those are directly between buyer and seller.

6. Service Bookings

Service bookings are agreements between you and the service provider. CarBot facilitates the booking but is not responsible for the quality, outcome or completion of any service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CarBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of listings, or that the platform will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from transactions between users.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
